I work with trauma, grief, unhappy relationships, problematic behaviors, feelings of hopelessness or worthlessness or those who want to make their life "better."
I have a large "toolbox" of techniques and approaches that help to create an experience suited to you.
As a psychoanalyst and sandplay therapist I create opportunities to process in deeper, sometimes non-verbal, areas of consciousness. Children, as young as three, and those with past traumas especially find healing in this method. I also use creative arts and mindfulness Cognitive Behavioral approaches, including EMDR.
My partner, Bill Murray, and I work together with couples and families. We each bring our unique expertise and insight to the process. With couples, we work as co-therapists as well as work separately with the individuals. With children, we offer testing and address issues involving the whole family.
