A transformational experience that grows mindfulness, serenity and joy! Call now to register. The group cultivates body awareness in conjunction with unpacking resentments. We utilize a specific writing process using words that DO NOT PRODUCE SHAME. It uncovers unconscious patterns that underpin distressful self-talk. Participants get a personalized self-compassion recipe. Curiosity and acceptance are deeply interwoven. We consider each person's experience with the divine and how to use that relationship during the writing process. All are invited to let go of self-judgment and discover how to be in dignity and grace. Great handouts are included!

A grounded, authentic emotional expression group . Meets weekly for 3 months, closed after 2nd meeting. Guided by trained, professional facilitator (Gretchen Stecher, MA). Begins and ends with heart-centering, guided meditation. Learn and use safe touch with permission (every time) for grounded support in order to access unconscious emotions that want to move and complete.
