I specialize in working with people with anxiety, depression, trauma, and those seeking support around issues related to gender identity and sexuality. I offer a warm, welcoming space for people to truly be themselves. I utilize eclectic, evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Geek therapeutics, strengths-based therapy, equine assisted psychotherapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I work with adults and kids, and I offer in-person sessions and remote therapy by phone or video. I approach my relationships with clients in a non-judgmental way that includes compassion and feedback.
My colleagues and I collaborate to offer in-person therapy in Moreau, NY, as well as remote therapy for anyone in NYS. We offer office-based sessions, walk-and-talk sessions on the farm, and sessions by phone and video.
