I work with individuals and couples, providing support with high-functioning anxiety, relationship difficulties, intergenerational trauma, cultural issues, unhealthy behaviors, and more. My specialization is the AAPI population and individuals/families belonging to the Law Enforcement/First Responder Community, and premarital couples.
My work is Client-Centered and Strength-Based. I utilize Attachment Theory/EFT, CBT, IFS, and the Prepare and Enrich premarital counseling program.
