About
As a sex therapist I want my patients to feel safe in our work together; trust opens the door to healing. I have successfully treated: infidelity, sexual abuse, pelvic pain, sexual compulsions, and erectile struggles. As the poet Rumi said, "The wound is the place the Light enters you." Toxic stress and unfinished emotional work can make us feel stuck or lead to destructive relationship patterns, and sexual acting out. My office is a shame free zone where we can unpack together a course best suited for your individual healing. Sex is a complex as each of us are as individuals. Shame can be in your past; a new life course awaits!
I specialize in sex therapy and have trained with Dr. Patrick Carnes and other esteemed professionals in the sexual recovery field. Additionally, I specialize in pelvic pain, vaginismus, and addiction. Many of my clients see concrete changes in their lives after just a few sessions. I work virtually at present and hold confidentiality to the highest degree.
