I am a structured, goal directed and client centered clinician. I tailor therapy to the individual needs of each client and use evidenced based practices to help reduce and eliminate debilitating symptoms that get in the way of daily functioning and the enjoyment of life.
It is the client who is the expert on his/her self. It is my job to help them to become the best version of who they truly are. I believe the best therapists are not those who can provide all the right answers, but rather know how to ask all the right questions.
