With over twenty years of experience, I work with adolescents and adults on a broad range of issues. My areas of expertise include: depression and anxiety, loss and grief, trauma such as physical and sexual abuse, marital issues, divorce, parenting, and eating disorders/body image, including compulsive eating/binge eating.
I draw from a variety of approaches, such as Psychodynamic, Insight-Oriented, and Cognitive-Behavioral and tailor my approach to the individual. I take many insurances, have a flexible schedule, and an easily accessible office with ample parking. I also offer a sliding fee scale in certain circumstances.
