Over the years, I have developed a strong interest in working with individuals navigating life transitions whether that is college, graduate school, becoming a parent, significant relationship changes, grief and loss, or career related shifts. Oftentimes we can feel overwhelmed, disengaged, anxious, and uncertain about what is yet to come amidst all this change. I strive to help you find a deeper understanding of yourself, your emotions, and your experience. Mindfulness and the power of relationship are core elements of my work while also using narrative, existential, and ACT interventions. I believe in and utilize a holistic approach to healing, centering your voice and empowering you to create meaningful change.
