My passion lies in guiding individuals towards discovering their own version of authenticity and well-being. I approach counseling as a collaborative space where we can explore where you are feeling stuck, and how things can be different. I provide what my clients need at a given moment, whether it be teaching coping skills or space to process and be heard. It's important to me to meet you where you are, and structure the therapeutic process accordingly. It would be my pleasure to be a part of your personal journey to explore what authenticity and wellness look like for you.
I work with adults, older teens, and partners (including polycules)! I specialize in identity exploration, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, communication skills, behavioral concerns, and am passionate about providing affirming care for those in the neurodiverse, LGBTQIA2S+ and non-monogamous communities.
I consider myself a "nerdy therapist" and love D&D, reading, and video games. I enjoy incorporating my clients' interests into our therapeutic discussions and activities. Come as your authentic self and so will I. Let's figure it out together!
