My passion lies in guiding individuals towards discovering their own version of authenticity and well-being. I approach counseling as a collaborative space where we can explore where you are feeling stuck, and how things can be different. I provide what my clients need at a given moment, whether it be teaching coping skills or space to process and be heard. I work with adults, older teens, and partners (including polycules)! I specialize in identity exploration, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, communication skills, behavioral concerns, and am passionate about providing affirming care for those in the neurodiverse, LGBTQIA2S+ and non-monogamous communities.

Therapeutic Dungeons & Dragons
Welcome, adventurer! This group uses the medium of Dungeons and Dragons to help people explore themselves through the use of role play techniques. Game content reflects therapeutic themes players will explore through storytelling elements, and imparts coping skills from modalities such as ACT and DBT. Groups consist of 1.5 hours of gameplay time, with 30 minutes for processing of themes, skills, and player reflections. Game availability and scheduling may vary.
