I am a board-certified sex therapist and draw from my experiences as a mindfulness-based mental health counselor, a licensed massage therapist, a registered yoga teacher, and a sexual wellness educator teaching a Human Sexuality course at URI for the last 13 years. Our sexuality and sexual experiences have the potential power to be part of some of the most blissful and beautiful experiences as well as potentially problematic, compulsive or traumatic experiences. I support people to connect with their inner guidance system to access their own wisdom for healing, creating balance, wellbeing, joy and pleasure.
