I use NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model), a modern trauma-informed approach that emphasizes self-compassion, self-awareness, and resilience. Together, we'll explore how your experiences have shaped the way you see yourself and connect with others, helping you develop greater choice, flexibility, and freedom.
