For your protection, all visits are currently done via secure video conference. If cost is a concern, I have a sliding scale and want to help you get the services you need, especially at this challenging time. Maybe you want to strengthen your relationship with an intimate partner, are having difficulty adjusting to new parenthood or want to have a more fulfilling sex life after trauma. Perhaps current events are leading to anxiety, or you’re not able to take joy in the things you used to. Whatever challenges you’re facing, you deserve support.
I work with individuals, couples and families and welcome people of all genders and family configurations. I recognize and celebrate that everyone thinks, learns and understands differently and in therapy, we work to identify your strengths and use a variety of different techniques and strategies to find the tools that work for you.
To help me better serve the people with whom I work, I have specialized training in areas including sexuality and gender, perinatal mental health and postpartum depression, trauma, anxiety, depression and family therapy. I hope you’ll make an appointment and find out out if I’m the right therapist to help you on this part of your journey.
