Hello, and welcome. Therapy is more than just working through critical issues. It’s a journey of self-discovery, healing, and reconnecting with your inner strengths. My goal is to provide a compassionate, safe space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and unique challenges. My focus includes depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, career conflicts, and personal growth. With degrees from UCLA, Pepperdine, and CalSouthern (PsyD, magna cum laude), I use multiple therapeutic strategies to enhance client awareness and progress.
My experience includes counseling all ages, with emphasis on adults affected by anxiety, trauma, relationships, college students, seniors, early dementia and caregivers, first responders, and career loss and transition. I combine evidence-based practices such as CBT, SFT, DBT, and Holistic methods with warmth, encouragement, and collaboration.
