I have experience in residential and community mental health working with depression, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, families, and Autism. I take a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, helping clients build emotional awareness, resilience, and practical tools for lasting change.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey between client and clinician. My approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and unconditional support. I utilize CBT and DBT most often, integrating mindfulness and strength-based techniques. I enjoy hands-on, skills-based activities (art, play, journaling, etc.) to explore ideas and challenges creatively.
