As a therapist, I feel very honored to be a witness and guide on my client's journey.
I prefer to use a variety of therapeutic strategies to help clients achieve their goals. It is important to be flexible and use strategies that fit my client's style and needs. This might include traditional "talk" therapy or using techniques like EMDR, sandtray, imagery, drawing, and good old fashion humor.
