Hi. My name is Greg Ullstrom. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with additional training in treating addictions. I have a B.A in Human Services and Crisis Counseling from Metropolitan State University and an M.A. in Clinical Counseling from Lakeland University. I have experience with adolescents, adults and seniors.
People know themselves best. They know where they are at and what they want to achieve. My approach is to respect people where they are at and hear what their goals are or in some cases. help them identify goals. The next step is determine together how to get there.
The first session is very important to me. I understand, whether it's someone's first time in therapy or they have had several therapeutic experiences, that a safe, trusting relationship needs to be formed. I want people to feel comfortable. I want us to get to know each other.
