Welcome! I work primarily with adolescents and adults that are dealing with life changes and relationship difficulties as well as longstanding mental health issues. I believe you will find my practice welcoming and a place where we can work on the issues that brought you here. I am formally trained in Individual and Group psychotherapy as well as Psychological and Neuropsychological Assessment. My clinical experiences have ranged from an individual practice setting to hospital and community mental health facilities. These years of doctoral training have given me experience in treating depression, anxiety, substance abuse and relationship difficulties.
Spending years in clinical practice and in college classroom instruction I have been introduced to many challenges and life struggles that we face. Additionally, my internship year and previous predoctoral training included extensive experience with Veterans and active military personnel. Please know that I am here to help!
