Greg wants to help. After 18 years as a public school teacher, he saw firsthand how deeply mental health struggles impact students, families, and school staff. Knowing that we have to take care of ourselves to care for others—a truth nowhere more poignant than in education—he returned to school to become a clinical mental health counselor.

Greg approaches therapy through a systems lens: life’s challenges rarely have a single cause, nor do they have a one-size-fits-all solution. His clinical approach integrates a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Brainspotting (Level 2), Internal Family Systems (Level 1/Trauma-Trained), Buddhist Psychology, and Trauma-Informed Care.
