I can provide support and encouragement for anyone feeling stuck in their lives and wants to bring about change. I can help you learn to embrace healthy vulnerability while also assisting you with shame reduction. I will provide empathic support as I encourage you to develop your voice of self-compassion as we work collaboratively to meet your goals.
I have 18 years of experience working in the field of sex addiction and intimacy disorders. I successfully completed Brené Brown’s Daring Way Certification Training in November, 2013 and am also trained in EMDR. I am passionate about helping individuals take the important steps necessary to reclaim their lives and live wholeheartedly.
