I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Treatment is tailored to your needs using EMDR, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Attachment Theory, Family Systems, Experiential Therapy, and Psychodrama. My goal is to help you heal, gain insight, and create lasting change.
