Gregory Owens, MS, LMFT. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience, working with young adults, pre/post marital couples, and individuals of ethnicities and gender. My approach to therapy centers on my desire to help clients discover, learn, grow and heal. My ideal client base with the young adults, pre-and post-marital couples, grieving individuals, as well as individuals of all ethnicities and gender.
My therapeutic approach includes, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Focused Therapy, Person Centered, Psychodynamic, and Gestalt. I believe that clients are resourceful and possess a unique set of strengths that will aid them in the therapeutic process as we collaborate together.
The environment I create for my clients is one of non-evasiveness, collaboration, and a sense of peace and safety. During sessions, it is my goal to assure my clients of the power they possess within them, using non-directive approaches.
