Simple and economical counseling. This is the work I do. When depression, anxiety, and deep frustration takes root it can make it hard to live the kind of life you want. Things become complicated and hard to manage. Avoidance, addiction, even suicidal thoughts can start to come up as a way of coping. I can help you with these problems, using a simple and conversational approach that is a comfortable fit even for people new to counseling. Together we can figure out what's wrong, what needs to change, and what it actually means to accept what cannot be changed.

Sometimes spiritual questions can also come up. I have a degree in Christian ministry and experience helping people explore these issues, whether we are looking at specific Christian beliefs or just thinking about spirituality in general. What we believe can change the way we understand our problems.

If you are worried about whether we can work together I offer a free 60 minute face-to-face consult. That's a full session for us to get to know each other without any pressure. I also have low session fees ($50 or less) and discounted rates for seminary students.
