We all need help finding direction at some point in our lives. I specialize in working with individuals and families who have been impacted by issues stemming from trauma, , family discontent, and difficult life transitions. I work with my clients in order to help them access their own inner wisdom; to process their past trauma and to adopt new strategies in dealing with life on life's terms. By creating a collaborative, trusting relationship with the individuals with whom I work, they are empowered to overcome challenges they face and become the best version of themselves.
My therapeutic approach is relationship based and incorporates the belief that every individual is doing the best they can at any given moment. My goal is to assist individuals with whom I am working in transcending their challenges and improving their ability to live in the present.
