I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. I have been counseling for 17 years and have worked with clients with many different life concerns including substance abuse, anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, trauma, relationship issues, family conflicts and life changes just to name a few. I am a firm believer in a client centered approach. The client is in the “driver’s seat” when it comes to their therapy. I approach every client with unconditional positive regard and my office/video screen is ALWAYS a judgement free zone.
