If you are suffering from the after math of any of these types or multiple critical incidents you may benefit from attending this Cognitive Processing and Prolonged Exposure based group psychotherapy (4 to 8 participants). These time limited, evidence-based sessions are geared towards discussing, in detail, the traumatic event or events and then processing the associated thoughts and feelings.
