Police/Law Enforcement Trauma Group
This is a Teletherapy Group designed for law enforcement officers of all backgrounds who have experienced a critical incident/traumatic event. The group will address the behavioral, emotional, and relational adjustment problems that often occur post-trauma. Dr. Mack, a retired NYPD Detective Psychologist provides a safe environment in which to learn healthy coping skills, increase resiliency and better manage symptoms associated with traumatic stress. Speakers will share their experiences while listeners provide feedback that is respectful and supportive. Interested?
