I am a licensed therapist / clinical social worker who has worked with a large number of individuals in a variety of settings for almost 40 years. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and would be happy to help you find another, better way forward. I have expertise in working with adolescents, adults, parents, families and couples. I work well with members of the LGBTQ community and have been an HIV+ partner notification counselor in the past. I combine compassionate listening, humor and expertise with a no nonsense approach. Together, we will resolve your concerns, free you up to find emotional balance and your own path.
Therapy and coaching is a very personal and intimate experience, therefore I take a gentle, non-judgmental, yet action-oriented approach. I provide clinical therapy and relational coaching.
