In meeting the unique needs of each client, I approach psychotherapeutic work with a supportive, collaborative, and developmental perspective. I assist individuals with a variety of concerns achieve relief, growth, and resilience. Toward these goals, my focus is to facilitate a client's insight, acceptance, and compassion in combination with the development of practical skills.
My treatment specializations include depression, anxiety, individuals with relationship concerns, grief, adjustment, identity confusion, and other emotional and personal concerns. I have several years experience working with both adults and diverse college student populations and have specialized in the research and facilitation of career development in career undecided individuals.
We are primarily located conveniently in the Edison Lakes office park area. Our office provides a safe, confidential, and comfortable setting. Free indoor parking is available, and our office is wheelchair accessible.
