Gregory Devore currently has a waitlist for new clients.
I'm your advocate for positive change and personal fulfillment. Our work is a safe space to be heard and understood while receiving insightful and helpful feedback. My collaborative approach promotes total mental and physical health with a focus on personal growth, stress management, overcoming fear and avoidance, and fulfillment in sex, love, and intimacy. The therapy techniques I use heighten awareness of thoughts and feelings, teach skills for stress management, and support people to live in harmony with their values. I work with adults, teens, and couples.
I specialize in the following areas: anxiety (generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, phobias), managing intrusive thoughts and compulsions (i.e., OCD), fighting depression, addressing attention issues (ADHD), healing from complex trauma, psychedelic integration, and improving relationships (monogamous & consensual non-monogamy).
My therapeutic style is interactive. You can expect to learn new ways of thinking and ideas to apply specific skills. Therapy is a significant investment and your time and money is valuable. I get to the core, help generate insight, and support you to be the best version of yourself.
