Gregory Devore
Psychologist, PhD
I'm your advocate for positive change and personal fulfillment. I provide a safe place to be heard and understood while receiving insightful and helpful feedback. My collaborative approach promotes total mental and physical health with a focus on personal growth, stress management, overcoming fear and avoidance, and fulfillment in sex, love, and intimacy. The therapy techniques I use heighten awareness of thoughts and feelings, teach skills for stress management, and support people to live in harmony with their values. I work with adults, teens, and couples.
I specialize in treatment of the following areas: treatment of anxiety (generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, trauma), managing intrusive and unwanted thoughts and compulsions (i.e., OCD), fighting depression, addressing attention issues (ADHD), and relationship challenges. Additionally, I support people in healing trauma.
My therapeutic style is interactive. You can expect to learn new ways of thinking and ideas to apply specific skills. Therapy is a significant investment and your time and money is valuable. I get to the core, help generate insight, and support you to be the best version of yourself.
