Gregory D. Burns's Groups
Healing Childhood Wounds
Healing Childhood Wounds is a psychodrama group for adults that are noticing the effects of childhood trauma in their current relationships and activities. The group meets on the third Saturday of the month, from 9am-4pm. It opens to new clients every four months. We believe that spontaneous, new experience is the best method to heal the wounds of past experience.
False Gods of Shame
False Gods of Shame is a therapeutic workshop for adults who are restrained by shame, self-doubt, low self-esteem, lack of confidence or feelings of unworthiness. Using the Therapeutic Spiral Model, which consists of psychodrama, existing strengths and numerous safety structures, participants experience and gain confidence embodying healthy, self-supporting and self-affirming roles. This workshop begins with an evening session and then continues the following day, morning and afternoon.
