Marriage & Family Therapist, MFT
Do you want your life to be better but don't know how to start? I can help you do that, and I'll support you during the process to make sure you're successful. You can find the motivation and energy to challenge whatever stands between you and the life you want. ~~ Therapy is for average people with persistent problems that affect their ability to work, have healthy relationships, or enjoy life. Depression; anger; problems dealing with others; social skills; feeling overwhelmed or unable to cope with life--I can help you with these and other problems.
I will work with you in a safe, gentle, respectful way. I use multiple kinds of therapy, based on what will work best for you. The counseling you receive will be customized to what you want to accomplish and what you are able to do.
My office is in downtown San Jose, at the corner of Hedding and N. 1st St., close to Highways 880, 101, and Guadalupe Parkway. ~~ Good therapy is worth traveling for. Please CALL or EMAIL me with questions, and let's get started.

Prior to becoming licensed therapists, Greg and I participated in weekly group supervision, as interns. As I got to know him, I came to have great respect for his sensitivity, thoughtfulness and the professionalism with which he cared for clients. He is a knowledgable and sincere therapist.
As an MFT intern, I had the pleasure of being in group supervision with Ronit. She always listened to her clients with both professional skill and human compassion. She thought very carefully about how best to help them. I also believe that her own life experiences and challenges gave her added insight as a therapist, and that she used that insight to provide a higher level of care for all her clients.
