I help people get through tough life transitions, give them a safe place to deal with grief in a healthy way, build up coping skills to function more effectively, develop boundaries to claim their own space, and uncover the hidden forces which have been holding them back from living a more meaningful life.
My style is empathic and non-judgmental, but also guided, direct, and active. We’ll work together towards increased insight and will practice putting into action practical feedback from each session. Every therapy session is an opportunity for you to discover a new path and to have an ‘a-ha’ moment which leads to lasting change.
