You’re struggling with toxic shame after years of denying your sexuality and it keeps from connecting with others. We'll confront this together. You just lost your loved one to unexpected, traumatic death or long-term illness; I can hold your grief. You’re in addiction recovery and ready to process emotions; I can support you. I offer a safe, culturally sensitive space that is sex-positive and LGBTQ+ Affirmative.

Certified EFT Therapist (EFIT/EFCT). I support all relationships to others and self with special focus on complicated attachment issues (Addiction, Betrayal). We'll navigate your path to Open, Poly, Consensual Non-Monogamy. I'll help you identify where you get stuck in your negative cycle, name & make your emotions explicit, and find deeper connections.

As an older member of the LGBTQ+ community, I know the effects of toxic shame and addiction first hand. My experiences with grief, my history with sobriety, and my education and clinical experience treating the effects of trauma, chronic illness, addiction and loss, allow me to help you meet these challenges. We will face grief, recovery and shame together.
