In this time of crisis, perhaps you, like so many, are experiencing increased anxiety and/or depression, or are experiencing strained relationships. Whatever you are dealing with, I will guide you through a process that will lead to more emotional control, more connectedness and more self compassion. I do follow the tenet that "life must be understood backwards, but lived forwards" (Soren Kierkegaard). We will work with current issues with the focus on improved well being, but will examine past patterns to help guide our work forward.
I work with adults, teens and couples. I use a relational approach, rooted in attachment theory. I also incorporate trauma informed therapy, parts work and somatic interventions in my process.
