Choosing the right therapist is like choosing the right medical doctor. You are placing your emotional health in the hands of another person. Many of my clients are looking to challenge their patterns of misperception and unhealthy behaviors. I work with Adults and Older Adolescents. Couples are a rapidly growing area of my practice as well as my specialized training in Sex Addiction and Partners of Sex Addicts.
Over the years, I have been trained in various therapeutic techniques and treatment modalities. I have an eclectic orientation with my foundation in Psychodynamic theory. This approach is frequently combined with cognitive behavioral therapy as well as a family system's approach.
