Hi, I'm Greg Stelzner, LCSW, I've been practicing therapy for 10 years and have competency in treating many problem areas. Areas that I have come to specialize in are Chronic Pain, Trauma, Depressive and Anxiety disorders. Like many mental health struggles these tend to lead to a feeling of being stuck, a loss of quality of life, joy, vitality, etc, and one wonders if there is hope of recovery. Finding a quality, friendly and competent therapist is very helpful in unlocking the problem and healing. I strive to be this person for all my clients.
I'm excited to offer Pain Reprocessing Therapy to assist the individual that has lost hope in a pain free life, PRT is evidenced based, and addresses pain's neural pathways to reduce and/or deactivate the pain. In addition I am trained in EMDR, which is an effective approach to reprocessing trauma. I will also use CBT and ACT modalities along side the above.
