I work with primarily with individual adults. Emotional issues or problems that effect your relationships are my specialty. This includes depression, anxiety, loss, grief, feeling "stuck" or lost, PTSD, just to name a few. I have extensive experience working with active and veteran military.
We offer a challenging multiple day, small group, intensive workshop, known as LightQuest. After 25 years, the participants have consistently said it was worth their time and financial effort.
