I am a full-time Conventional and Christian Counselor in Bismarck working with individuals and couples. I help individuals from ages 21 and older who are going through Anxiety, Depression, overcoming Trauma and PTSD, or struggling with Life Changes and Challenges. I enjoy helping couples strengthen their relationships or restoring broken or struggling relationships.
I believe as individuals grow, they can live courageously in freedom and responsibility, instead of guilt and shame. This growth can also strengthen their relationships and in turn, make healthier families and communities. My experience is that everyone benefits when personal freedom is found and our relationships are enriched.
We offer counseling from a Christian perspective at Center Counseling and believe that healing ultimately comes from Jesus. However, we are sensitive to everyone's faith journey. We are clinically sound and invest in continuing education and trainings to provide a variety of reliable therapeutic interventions to our clients.
