I work exclusively with First Responders and their spouses and families, offering a space where their unique experiences are understood and respected. My own background in public safety allows me to connect on a deeper level, providing care that is both relevant and effective. I also draw on my personal challenges to help break down the stigma around therapy—showing that the process can be a safe, supportive step toward feeling better, not something to fear.
Since mid-2023, I’ve spearheaded the Law Enforcement Wellness Initiative, a program primarily focused on supporting patrol officers. Through regular ride-alongs, I build trust by experiencing their work firsthand, which allows me to provide real-time or follow-up support after critical incidents.
I care deeply about supporting people in public safety—the ones who show up for others every day, often at great personal cost. I work with people who are dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, or burnout. Having first-hand experience with the world of First Responders, I understand the culture, pressures, and sacrifices that come with the territory.

Unspoken Stressors And First Responders

Starting in December, these groups will run every Friday, from 12pm-1pm. These groups will not be like your typical group therapy. Rather, it will just be conversational, between whoever is attending and the Instructor. We will go into topics that are lesser known, but equally as impactful for First Responders.. Such topics will include: guilt, ego, identity, sleeping patterns, post traumatic growth. The instructor has personally chosen areas that he has experienced personally.
