Through our proven model, the Spire of Performance, I can assist people in determining the areas they want to succeed and then set tangible goals to achieve them. I am a therapist and a coach and will push you to achieve goals in ways you didn't even think you could.
I am inspired when I work with someone and they are able to achieve new heights; managing their mental health while achieving the goals they have set for themselves. We measure progress both by the decrease of any of the barriers and the increase of new goals and accomplishments.
