My therapeutic foundation empowers you to recognize your blocks, provides you a safe place to regain your lost power, and offers a new perspective to change the course of your life.
You will experience rapid healing within the first few sessions due to my therapeutic approach and our therapeutic relationship built upon unconditional positive regard and empathy. Your healing will not take place in the presence of judgement, and my clients consistently report the positive healing effects from this level of acceptance.
My specialty is trauma healing (Advanced EMDR, TRE, Trauma-CBT) and includes healing those breaks in developmental attachments with our family that lead to intense emotional states, as well as incidents of trauma that eventually lead us to avoid special parts of our life.
