My ideal clients are neurodivergent and neurodivergent-curious individuals and couples who are interested in relationships and connection. They may be on the autism spectrum, have ADHD, a learning disability, OCD, psychosis or a bipolar disorder or are a partner of someone described as such. They are frustrated with expectations that they fit into neurotypical ways of interpersonal connecting and are seeking support to explore the multitude of ways people can connect (or not connect) that authentically work for them.
I offer psychological assessment and couple therapy. Clients engage in either testing or couple therapy or both. I am trauma-informed and culturally aware in both practices. Assessment helps people to identify learning styles, personality insights, and heal from years of messages of inadequacy. Couple therapy helps find authenticity in relationships.
