Hello, my name is Greg Harmeling, Psy.D., LMFT, and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about helping individuals navigate and overcome life's challenges. With over a decade of experience, I specialize in men's issues and trauma, providing a compassionate and evidence-based approach to therapy. My practice focuses on helping clients heal from trauma and develop practical strategies for a healthier and more fulfilling future. I utilize trauma-informed therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused practices, and EMDR to tailor our sessions to your unique needs.
My practice is exclusively telehealth, allowing you to receive support from the comfort and privacy of your own home. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, including those who are justice-impacted. My goal is to create a supportive and safe environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered.
