I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2001. I chose to become a counselor when I realized that I enjoyed listening and helping all of those who came to me or called me in the middle of the night with their troubles. I have counseled many youth and families, and those who have endured trauma throughout the 20 plus years I have been an LPC.
I typically use a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy, but also utilize other approaches that best suit my clients.
