Hi! I'm Greg. I know searching for a new therapist can be daunting.
I specialize in treating middle school, high school, and college students, and young adults who are battling anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and bipolar.
My journey with mental health began in 1992 at the University of Pennsylvania studying under the pioneer of positive psychology, Dr. Martin Seligman. I received my BA in Psychology and English Literature at UPENN and my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. I trained with Family Services Agency of Burbank, focusing on middle school and high school students before going into private practice.
As the father of a 19-year-old daughter and a 15-year-old son, I know firsthand how challenging it is to be a parent right now. I also know how challenging it is to be a teenager or young adult.
I incorporate groundbreaking tools from CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Positive Psychology to create a customized plan for both parents and their children.
Adolescence and young adulthood are filled with an overwhelming number of life transitions. I offer an empathetic approach where we will work together to identify goals and work together to achieve them. I believe in real tangible tools that can help after one session.
