Welcome! Please take a moment and give yourself the credit you deserve. Looking inward and reflecting can be a challenging step to take; yet, here you are! So, if you have found yourself feeling overwhelmed by stress, struggling to find happiness, having difficulty with interpersonal relationships, or feeling the weight of your world coming down on you, I want to be there with and for you. It will be my job to accompany you while traversing that emotional landscape to find the answers you’re looking for.
My approach, is rooted in trust, empathy, and patience. I will draw on concepts such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused, Gestalt, Mindfulness Practice, as well as others. Therapy is not one size fits all. We will find what works together.
Lastly, I want to point out another important factor: you are the expert on you. You have the strength to examine your struggle and make a change. So be proud of yourself for taking the time to look inward, and get ready to continue the path to happiness and balance. You got this, so let's go! I look forward to being in touch.
