Down To Earth Counseling is a professional and caring environment for all who need help getting through life that can be painful and confusing. I have extensive training and experience working with anxiety, trauma, and family and relational challenges. I work with diverse populations, including victims of rape, incest, and combat -related PTSD. I also work with clients experiencing depression, fears/phobias, religious beliefs, and anger/unforgiveness. In addition, I offer premarital counseling and work with couples who are in crisis. I enjoy walking through life with "plain old people with plain old problems."

I am the first person in Tuscaloosa to offer MCN Neurofeedback as well as EMDR, a phenomenal modality used to treat anxiety, depression, PTSD. I also offer premarital therapy and work with couples in crisis. Whether working with couples or individuals, we also love to use the Enneagram for deeper diving into how personality impacts our relationships.

Services include IASIS Neurofeedback, EMDR, Enneagram Personality Coaching. PREPARE/ENRICH marriage inventory. Greg is also trained in PREP communication model. Trained by Larry Crabb at the School of Spiritual Direction. In addition, we offer a variety of Holistic Wellness Services through our in house wellness specialist, Dr. Leslie.
