I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the past 20 years and have a wide variety of experiences working with clients. I am certified in DBT and CBT and have training in ACT, motivational interviewing, and trauma treatment. I find great fulfillment in partnering with clients in order to help them find the life they wish to live. I focus on what the client seeks and work to develop practical skills to help improve emotional balance, better relationships, and more awareness of the present moment.
I support every client I work with to achieve their goals. I am a skilled listener and work to find the areas where the client most wants change. I find one of my greatest strengths is to see most situations from a multitude of perspectives, which can be helpful when making decisions on the next best steps to take.
I can help you manage the many stressors of life, big and small, and the continuous adjustments we are all asked to make in order to manage the pressures of our current world.
