Do you often feel weighed down by feelings of anxiety, stress, trauma, or depression? Have you lost a sense of meaning and purpose in your life? Together, we will work on finding strategies and coping skills to help you manage your day-to-day life and help to make you and better you. I graduated from Kutztown University with a Bachelor's in Clinical Psychology and from Widener University with a Master of Social Work. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and accepting clients seeking treatment for trauma.
My experience is diverse and includes teenagers and adults in outpatient and inpatient mental health therapy, drug and alcohol rehabilitation, and group therapy. I've worked with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship struggles, suicidal thoughts, trauma, anger, self-harm, low self-esteem, and drug/alcohol rehabilitation.
