We all possess our own unique, inherent strengths. Sometimes what hinders us is simply that our
strengths and tools have temporarily been buried, or drowned out, by the wildness of life and the often
rapid pace of its transitions.
Each of us have faced countless transitions: in relationships, in work and school, transitions from one
phase of life to another as we age and grow. We are all continually navigating layered and complex
transitions—some of our own choosing, and some that fall upon us unexpectedly.
I help people of all ages navigate grief, loss, and other major life challenges in order to flourish and
promote wellbeing.
My approach is to be an unconditionally positive presence for my clients. My goal is for therapy to be a
place to slow things down— a dedicated space where you feel heard and seen. Ultimately, my aim is to
walk alongside you so that the time we share in therapy serves as a jumping off point to spring toward
personal growth and greater fulfillment.
I have worked with young people and their families at all levels of Baltimore’s public schools, as well as
with young adults finding their paths after high school. I've helped unaccompanied newcomer
immigrant children just arriving, as well as the foster families who welcome them here. I have worked in
inpatient settings, as well as community organizing.
